The Hanel quality assurance system is supported by ultramodern measuring and testing technology: KLINGELNBERG-HÖFLER ZP400 / ZP260 CNC measuring centers test automatically for profile, alignment, pitch and concentricity deviations. A MITUTOYO EURO C 776 STRATO with maximum precision is available for the 3D coordinate measurements. Double flank rolling is tested on the HOMMEL ZWG 8305 and HÖFLER ZW 300. A programmable MAHR HEIGHT MEASURING DEVICE is available for length and cross-sectional testing. Surface testing is performed on a HOMMEL-TESTER T2000 with DOCUMENTATION UNIT P2000. A WOLPERT TEST UNIT and LECCO-Test are available for checking hardness.
